Agony: Get Involved
This year’s Agony Ride is July 30-31, 2010.
There are several ways to get involved.
As a Rider you will join between 60 and 100
riders with a diverse range of ability but a
single purpose; to help struggling young
people. If you would like to be a rider in
this year’s Agony you must be at least 18
years of age, and you must gather pledge
support for the miles you ride.
Form: Apply to Ride
As a Sagger you will join (number #?) others
who band together and support the riders
throughout this event. We have a wide range
of needs that require different interests
and abilities. If you would like to sag
(Support And Gear) during this year’s Agony
ride, you must be at least 18 years of age
and be willing to help care for the riders
for one 8-hour shift or more.
Form: Apply to Sag
As a Sponsor you can greatly encourage the
riders by giving one or more of them a per
mile pledge. You can sponsor by pledging (so
much per mile) for the rider of your choice,
for a rider assigned to you by CEM, or for
Team CEM – consisting of the four CEM staff
who will be riding this year.
